it's not that they hate gay people, john. its that they hate stereotypical and stupid people. i met a guy once who seemed to think that just because he was gay (recently figured it out, or so he said), he -had- to be a cross-dresser, and had to be in love with a cross-dresser. it would have been different if it didn't seem like he was just doing it because he thought thats what he was supposed to do. he also had a website that he was insisting people give him feedback on how to makeit "more gay". that's like me asking how to make my webpages "more black". its inviting yourself to be labeled and ostracized instead of showing everyone that this is just the way you are, just like if you're black or white, brown haired or green eyed or freckled. (my two cents)
